We are located at 227 W. Main Street in Springville, NY 14141. However, our grounds and parking lots are located on Depot Street which is an access road off of Main Street. Turn North on Depot Street from Main Street. Our parking lots are just past the building on the left. Feel free to Park closest to the building in the spots marked, “Visitor Parking”.

The private Guest entrance is located through the gate in the rear of the building straight off the parking lot. As you enter through the gate, the entrance is on your left. This door can be identified by the “Welcome Guests” sign and key-pad lock. Please use the code that has been assigned to you.

**NOTE: The entry gate is a safety gate meant to keep your little ones safe inside. Lift the latch at the top and pull the gate open. This will need to be done for both entering and exiting the area.

Although the Inn is located in the rear of the building, feel free to explore the exterior building and grounds during your stay. The property extends behind the second parking lot and pole barn. Feel free to play, build snowmen, have snowball fights or just hang out. The fenced-in patio is also private for our guests.
